ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Ready, Set, Grow

Our Ready, Set, Grow program aims to enhance a child’s well-being and social skills by focusing on the strengths that emerge during early childhood. Ready, Set, Grow is designed for children ages 3-5 and is ideal for preschool providers and parents looking to support their child’s emotional and social development.

Circle Time Toolkits

Toolkits include resources and activities designed to help young children understand and manage their emotions, develop self-control, and understand their emerging Character Strengths.

Emerging Strengths

Nurture emerging strengths through engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that provide opportunities for preschoolers to explore their abilities and gain confidence.

Relaxation Station

Create a calming space to help young children manage their emotions and take a peaceful break when needed, promoting emotional well-being and self-regulation.

Essential Skills for Student Growth

Self-Awareness

Students learn to recognize their own strengths, values, and areas for growth, building a strong foundation for personal and early learning development.

Emotional Skills

We help students identify, understand, and manage their emotions by teaching them emotional cues, while applying practical strategies in everyday situations.

Relationship Skills

Students develop effective communication, collaboration, and empathy by practicing active listening, expressing themselves clearly, and working thoughtfully with others.

Strengths Development

We guide students in leveraging their unique talents and abilities, helping them approach challenges with greater confidence, creativity, and purpose.

Mindfulness Integration

Students practice focus, self-reflection, and stress management through practical Mindfulness techniques that build calm, resilience, and concentration.
