The Character Effect™ Social & Emotional Program

The Character Effect™ immerses your school in our program and creates significant positive change in your school’s culture. The complete program starts with self-care for your teachers through dynamic professional development workshops, available both virtually and in-person. As teachers begin to understand their strengths and begin to practice being in the moment parents are welcomed into the program through monthly communications designed to be flexible and easy by leveraging your existing communication channels.

A dedicated The Character Effect™ Specialist meets with your teachers individually and in groups as an integral part of the program and of your school's team. When the adults in your school's community recognize their own strengths, it's easy to start spotting them in your students. The entire school has an opportunity to rally together by using the easy-to-follow "Strength of the Week" calendar with tips, lessons, and family engagement.
